To sum up, im assuming it is on a golf course, someone once shot a huge score on here, Maybe Palmer/Woods/etc. Its obviously a golf course in a public setting then, with land for people and a road that splits it.I have never been there, and dont know america, so cant help much, but i tried.

Im guessing this has to do with the course, I with eegit on park/BBQ... did a google search for "park bbq golf" and a bunch og state parks came up ... The NUT has to be the clue, On a par 3 tee box

My insight was always going to be worthless. I have not much idea on the rules. I guess its a park inside a golf course? Who knows.
