    I count one hundred one, one hundred two ect

    one million three hundred sixty six thousand four hundred twenty one

    or I could say one million three hundred and sixty six thousand four hundred and twenty one
    or I could say one million and three hundred and sixty six thousand and four hundred and twenty one

    all would be correct
