    I have had a total of 5 withdrawals from Prism so far - their customer service is great and they paid out pretty much per their terms and conditions - which not many online casinos do! 7-10 business days from approval and totaling around 15-20 business days normally. When a withdrawal went past their timing, I contacted customer service through the live chat and was able to push them for payment. Of course my withdrawals weren't that large - typically mid-3 figures - but I still received my money with no issue.
