Splitting – If the two cards you have been dealt first both have the same value, you are free to split them into two separate hands, but you will then have to place another bet equal to the original bet. You will then be dealt more cards.

If you receive an ace and a ten-value card in a split hand, it is counted as 21 and not Blackjack.
